AUDITPRO® MANAGED PEST PROGRAMS

 

Versacor’s AuditPro® Managed Pest Programs are designed to consistently deliver high-quality pest services that exceed the requirements of all government regulatory authorities and third-party auditors. Each customized program specifically meets the needs of the facility for which it was designed, including the required standards for documentation and reporting. Versacor’s AuditPro® Program was specifically designed to be compliant with the certification requirements of the many food safety-related schemes, such as Safe Quality Food (SQF), IFS and British Retail Consortium (BRC) programs, as benchmarked by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

 

AUDITPRO® CERTIFIED SPECIALISTS

 

Your AuditPro® service is delivered by one of Versacor’s AuditPro® Certified Specialists. Each Certified Specialist must meet stringent requirements for performance, experience and training to achieve the AuditPro® Certified designation. These include completion of our own AuditPro® Food Plant Training Program as well as certification by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) in Pest Management Standards for Food Plants and the American Institute of Baking (AIB) Food Safety Essentials Program.

 

DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING

 

Documentation is a critical component of an AuditPro® Managed Pest Program. Our documentation and reporting package will satisfy all regulatory agencies and third-party auditors. The results of each service are detailed on a service report along with structural, storage and sanitation recommendations. A service logbook is also maintained that contains full documentation of the service program, including licenses and insurance, program specifications, pest sighting log, locator maps, trend reports, pesticide usage log, quality assessments, corrective action reports, service reports, approved product list and a complete set of labels and safety data sheets (SDS) in electronic or hard-copy format.

 

RESPONSIVENESS

 

We know how important it is to our clients to receive an immediate response to pest sightings. That’s why we’ve developed an industry-leading response plan for food and beverage processing facilities: we respond to emergency service requests within 30 minutes and arrive on site within two hours or in accordance to the urgency of the situation. And of course, emergency service is provided 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

 

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

 

Quality Management Team - we take a team approach to managing our accounts. We have a full complement of people who are familiar and engaged in your account, including a primary Service Specialist, backup Service Specialist, Service Manager, Branch Manager, Account Manager and our Total Quality Manager.

 

Verification & Validation - by performing scheduled quality assessments and an annual facility assessment, we verify that the pest program is fully compliant and functioning as intended. We also validate that the program is doing its job - keeping your facility pest free. This is the real goal of the program, in addition to passing audits. We protect your company as well as the consumer by keeping pests out of your facility and finished product.
