MANAGED PEST SOLUTIONS
A Managed Pest Solution is custom designed to protect the health, property and reputation of our clients. We begin by totally eliminating existing pest activity. Then we set up a proactive program to monitor for newly introduced pests. If activity is found, we eliminate it using our environmentally friendly EcoGuard® service. Preventive measures, such as caulking and sealing, are then taken to prevent a reoccurrence. Most importantly, your account is actively managed by our Quality Management team to ensure quality, consistency, and long-term results.
Versacor’s EcoGuard® service is a safer, more effective way to protect your business, eliminating pests while avoiding the unnecessary use of pesticides. This environmentally friendly approach is consistent with the mission of organizations like Practice Greenhealth, which is committed to sustainable, eco-friendly methods. And because our EcoGuard® service results in little or no pesticide exposure, you, your staff and your patients benefit from a healthier environment.
We know how important it is to our clients to receive an immediate response to pest sightings. That’s why we’ve developed an industry-leading response plan for health care facilities: we respond to emergency service requests within 30 minutes and arrive on site in accordance to the urgency of the situation, usually the same day. And of course, emergency service is provided 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING
Documentation is a critical component of a Managed Pest Solution program. Our documentation and reporting package will satisfy all government regulatory agencies and third-party auditors. The results of each service visit are detailed on a service report along with structural, storage and sanitation recommendations. A service logbook is also maintained, containing full documentation of the service program including emergency numbers, service specifications, licenses and insurance, a monitoring log/trend report and a complete set of labels and safety data sheets in electronic or hard-copy format.
