MANAGED PEST SOLUTIONS
A Managed Pest Solution protects the health, property and reputation of our clients. We begin by totally eliminating all existing pest activity and implementing a proactive program that monitors for new activity. When pest activity is found, we eliminate it using our environmentally friendly EcoGuard® service. Preventive measures, such as caulking and sealing, are then taken to prevent a reoccurrence. Most importantly, your account is actively managed by our Quality Management team to ensure quality, consistency and long-term results.
Versacor’s EcoGuard® service is a safer, more effective way to protect your business, eliminating pests while avoiding unnecessary pesticide usage. Our EcoGuard® service philosophy represents a dedication to environmental responsibility, incorporating a continuing reduction in pesticide usage as stipulated by the EPA’s (Environmental Protection Agency) Pesticide Environmental Stewardship Program (PESP) and an integrated pest management approach that supports and complies with the requirements of the U.S. Green Building Council program, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). And because our EcoGuard® service results in little or no pesticide exposure, you, your staff and your clients benefit from a healthier environment.
Communication is a vital component of every Versacor pest program. From scheduling each service visit in advance to checking in and checking out before and after service, your Versacor Service Specialist ensures an open line of communication. In addition, the results of each service are detailed on a service report along with structural, storage and sanitation recommendations and a service logbook is maintained containing full documentation of your customized service program.
A pest sighting at a commercial property requires quick action. That is why at Versacor, we respond 24 hours per day, seven days per week. If you have an emergency service request, we’ll respond within 30 minutes, then make a site visit the same day or in accordance to the urgency of the situation.
